Baby G has arrived!

He is finally here...

Kevaun Balice Gregory 7 lbs. 20 inches ...fine featured...absolutely stunning.

It was a long day but a fun one at the hospital with Nick and Beata and just as she started to push I had to leave to pick up her family at the airport.

We rushed to get back by 7PM only to have to wait until almost 8:30 to meet him. All of us were in awe but Nick and Beata were in shock I think. He kept saying "I can't believe what a
trooper she is...she actually pushed him out..."

They are so cute...all of them. It was great that he waited for his Grandma and Grandpa to get here before he showed up (although Beata might disagree painwise).

We are all back home at Nick's (not Nick...he is spending the night with mom and baby) after stopping at the Fenton Hotel to try and snag a couple of packets of coffee for morning...seems the kids didn't get their grocery shopping done this week. Anyway, I'm tired but buzzed from all the coffee at the hospital and we are all settling in.

Tomorrow will be a day to bond with little Kevaun (Persian for prince I think). Wonder whether he will be hooked with some kind of nickname like everyone else. Not quite sure how
to "nick" that name but...
